Arrived on time, checked out the unit, explained what needed to be done and fixed problem. Also said outdoor unit needed to be washed/cleaned of debris; that was done also. Unit has worked well, no more problems since. Very pleasant and professional service man. Offered a senior discount of 10% on parts.
They came out after I got home from work and found the unit didn't need coolant but needed the exterior unit cleaned. It was caked with years of grass clippings and dust. They did that and checked my inside unit and vents. They suggested sealing some gaps in the floor of the closet the inside unit is in. They came back on a Saturday and finished that work. I will use them again. They were willing to work with my busy schedule to get the work done.
Arctic Air recently fixed our AC unit. They did a complete over haul replacing the condenser, installing a new unit, and new wiring. The house wasn't cooling and heating the way it should. Artic did a great job. My A/C runs great!
